Handbook primarily supports clients inside QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace, which serve as the core systems for bookkeeping, documentation, and internal organization. Handbook is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, offering knowledgeable support for monthly records, system setup, and cleanup work.

Additional systems are also supported, including Asana, Notion, Zoom, Xero, HoneyBook, Stripe, and other tools used for operational workflows or client management. The goal is to work inside the systems your business already relies on while maintaining a clear and organized structure.

Onboarding begins with a review of current systems, workflows, and financial records. This includes a look at how tasks move, how tools are used, and where structure is missing. Priorities are confirmed, communication preferences are outlined, and access to systems is gathered.

For bookkeeping clients, onboarding may include initial cleanup, category mapping, and a review of past months to establish a clean starting point. For operations clients, onboarding may include a review of existing processes, files, and workflows to identify gaps and define the scope of work.
